Future chefs from across Iowa will compete for an opportunity to characterize our state in an upcoming national competition in Des Moines.
Scholar cooks will converge at the Iowa Occasions Middle at Hy-Vee Corridor on Feb. 26 for the 2019 Iowa ProStart Invitational.
The culinary competitors is a “Prime Chef”-type occasion, which duties teams of 4 to organize a 3-course meal in 60 minutes using only two butane burners.
