Man brings dead raccoon into McDonald’s dining room

Warning: The video above may be disturbing to viewers

Video out of California exhibits a man carrying a lifeless raccoon right into a McDonald’s and sitting down with it at a desk.

KGO studies Chris Brooks caught the unsettling footage at the San Francisco location Sunday morning.

“Wow, (expletive) this man brings a rattling raccoon into the McDonald’s,” stated Chris Brooks on the cellular phone video clip.

“I’m standing on the counter, guy comes in yelling, ‘Assist, assist,” stated Brooks advised the station.

Brooks and other clients have been shocked to see what the person was holding.

“I didn’t know if the raccoon was lifeless or alive, my thought was to get out of the best way,” Brooks added.

The video exhibits someone within the restaurant eradicating the bloody animal and dumping it in a trash can outdoors.

The Division of Environmental Health stated the restaurant was closed for 5 hours whereas the eating room was disinfected. Officials say it’s now protected.

“We need to guarantee the general public that McDonald’s addressed the issue appropriately. They cleaned it, sanitized it which is the primary factor for us,” stated Stephanie Cushing, director of Environmental Health.

Officers confronted the homeless man who introduced the raccoon in, gave him a mental health analysis and determined he did not must be detained.
