The Baltimore Ravens are clearing the quarterback room for Lamar Jackson.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Wednesday that the Ravens will trade Joe Flacco, the 2013 Super Bowl MVP, to the Denver Broncos. The trade can’t formally be processed till the beginning of the new league yr on March 13.

“The groups are prohibited from commenting on the deal or the terms surrounding it. When the deal is completed, it possible will probably be for a mid-spherical decide, sources informed ESPN,” Schefter wrote.

With the transfer, the Ravens are handing over the reigns to Jackson, the Heisman Trophy winner out of Louisville.
