A fifty four-yr-previous north-central Iowa lady died Saturday after a winter storm pummeled the state and dumped several inches of snow, causing street circumstances to deteriorate.
An SUV was southbound on P59 a half-mile north of Highway 20 close to Fort Dodge when it crossed the middle line as a consequence of icy street circumstances, in line with an Iowa State Patrol crash report.
The SUV struck a automotive within the northbound lanes. Authorities stated a passenger in the SUV, Sheila Ross, of Fort Dodge, died in the crash.
The driving force of the SUV, Paul Ross, fifty three, of Fort Dodge, and the driving force of the automotive, Laurie Mullen, fifty six, of Fort Dodge, have been taken to a nearby hospital.

The Iowa State Patrol stated it responded to 104 weather-related crashes and assisted 123 motorists from midnight until 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
