Steven Okay. Vondra, sixty two, handed away Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Wesley Medical Middle in Wichita. He was born March four, 1955 in Ellsworth to Frank W. and Jean (Merrill) Vondra.
Steve was a longtime resident of Ellsworth County the place he was a farmer on the household farm in his early years. Afterward Steve labored within the oil area and as an over the street truck driver. He was a trustworthy believer in Christianity.
Steve is survived by his step-mom, Mary Jane Vondra of Geneseo; brother, Frank D. Vondra (Jeri) of Little River; brother, Dan Vondra of Kanopolis; sister, Kathy Kruse of Salina; sister, Kristi Vondra-Rohn of Ellsworth; brother, Kevin Vondra of Pratt; step-sister, Cheryl Minnis of Hutchinson; step-sister, Kathy Gross of Michigan; step-brother, Scott Peterson of Gypsum; uncle, Charlie Vondra of Ellsworth and quite a few nieces and nephews, nice nieces and nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in demise by his mother and father; nephew, Frank Ryan Vondra; step-brother, Kenneth Peterson; and step-sister, Judith Lawless.
Celebration of life service: 12:00 p.m., Saturday, December 30, 2017 on the Kanopolis Group Middle.
