John Morris Kirgis, ninety five, of Russell, Kansas, died on Tuesday, December 05, 2017, on the Russell Regional Hospital in Russell, Kansas.
John was born on January 25, 1922, in Beloit, Kansas, the son of Frank John and Pansy I. (Inexperienced) Kirgis. He grew up in Beloit and graduated from Beloit Excessive Faculty within the class of 1939. After highschool he attended Kansas State College for some time however his school schooling was interrupted with the beginning of World Warfare II. A celebration of John’s life will probably be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, December 09, 2017, on the Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary in Russell, Kansas, with Pastor Michael Eurit officiating and the Russell V.F.W. Publish 6240 Honor Guard will conduct Army Rites . A Graveside Service will comply with at 2 P.M. Saturday afternoon on the Prairie Grove Cemetery in Cawker Metropolis, Kansas.
